@John Stonedwell I love them, have Samsung lm301b and Bridgelux and they are on par. Bridgelux wins on price. 

@John Stonedwell I get them through digikey.com I have only seen the slim version of EB3 there though, wish they had the standard size. 

LED's are finally here to stay, replaced all my HPS lights with LEDs. I would look more into strip lights as quantum boards don't have ideal spread and create hot spots in the Centre of the canopy. 

Hey guys, new member here Does anyone here dabble in building LED lights? It is such an addictive hobby and so rewarding watching your babies grow with something built by your own hands. Here are some pics of some of my latest builds using Samsung Lm301b diodes as well as Bridgelux USA LEDs. I have since retired my HPS lights. Let me know what you think!
