I have to ask,are you mistaken end of stem root rot for callouses?Both look the same but with end of stem root rot,the end is soft and mushy,as oppose to callouses,which is also brown but firm.2) I use Aloe vera gel,instead of a powder.In one instance,I used a humidity dome for the first 7 days,then the internet told me to open the vents slightly.When i did,all my clones fell over flat.So I don't open the vents anymore.1 point
