I recently ordered a small bong from @Puff.co.za and a vaporiser from vapestore.co.za and was hugely impressed with the service from both. Both stores kept me updated with the order progress and answered questions very promptly. @Puff.co.za also included a bunch of surprise extras in the with order and they donate to Fields of Green for All! Very impressive from two local stores. I definitely recommend them both.

Hi guys New user here. I harvested my first batch around 2weeks ago. Now preparing for my next grow. Keen to learn more

Got some work done, baby is sleeping so I can’t cut the paneling for the doors. That’ll have to wait for the weekend.

So I bought a H&M PH80 from Futurama and got it in less than 48hrs. The unit died after just more than 6 months. I mailed them asked if it's under warranty, they sent a courier to collect and after checking with the agents a new unit shipped today. It took about 3 weeks not due to their delay due to the agents. They found corrosion in the batteries. So good work from them I will gladly use Futurama in future

Received my order today, the glass nectar collector was very nicely packaged and arrived 100% in tact. The glassware is very nice, excellent quality and craftsmanship. I made a mistake with my order, but the support team answered and assisted me very quickly. Very happy with my purchase. Recommended. Stay Lit 420SA!

Hey all, Just wanted to introduce myself. Massive cannafanatic and love growing! It's such a passion and is so rewarding (mostly). Been using cannabis for close on 20years now and wont ever stop. Got a couple strains going at the moment ie. Sour D, La Confidential and Lemon Pie. The picture is of the Sour D Jah Bless

Seeds received, thanks @Totemic & thcsa for a chance to grow what I've been salivating over for years Not having to wait for over a month for the seeds to arrive is another massive plus.

Sup 420SA Disclaimer: I breed Cannabis seed as a hobby to help preserve seeds (genetics) and possibly improve certain strains. I provide these genetics for free to our Collective of growers, most of which are medical patients. I am not a master breeder, this was the first year that I could see so many of my own crosses being grown out, a wonderful experience. After being a custodian for so many years, it is time we share the Fire with the community. Some of the bud shots will be grown by me, most pictures I will post here will be from growers and future breeders in our Collective. Blessed love

Here is another few nuggies, outdoor grown. BlueBerry Kush (Blueberry x Hindu Kush) x KushCookies (Afghani x GirlScoutCookies) - F1 This is the Orange/Apricot (Citrus) pheno. AKA - Appelkoos konfyt . Will start a inbred line from this specific plant, on the tongue orangy sherbert taste.

Hi all, Since this will be my first grow and I plan on mostly growing outdoors (when the seasons allow) I didn’t really want to spend money on a tent. I decided to build a cabinet with stuff I had lying around. The only thing I bought for this build is the light. It’s not quite done, I still need to build the doors, seal the joints, paint, tidy wiring and install ducting (which I’ll also have to buy). Size: 1m x 1.4m x 1.7m Construction: Steel angle iron (repurposed shelving), 3mm Masonite (white one side, left overs from kitchen redo, that’s what’s on the back of your cupboards), Active exhaust (6” bathroom ceiling fan, my wife complained it’s too loud for the bathroom), passive inlet (for now, I’ll see what the temps do), 600w HID light (magnetic ballast, outside cabinet), I reinforced the roof with a few planks so it doubles as extra storage space. I built it in an outside store room, the room has a corrugated roof with a ceiling and it’s shaded by a big tree. It’s always a bit cooler in there than anywhere else on the property. Let me know if you have any suggestions. This wasn’t supposed to be a stealth build, I know it looks suspicious af. 😂

For passive intakes you could look at your local plumbing store for some 90' bends . two bends and a short straight between them painted black inside. The bends facing opposite direction + black paint should give you a light trap on your passive intake. [emoji3577][emoji271] Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk

Thanks both. Reading up now. Im trying to see if the space is right before spending on tent and led and then finding it’s too hot or damp! I’m writing each morning the readings

Good day 420sa Got the lady pregnant. Going to experiment with a bit of breeding. The leaf to bud ratio seems good, the developing buds and main cola are dense with good resin production. The scent of mangoes in the morning are awesome. The possibilities are too tempting. Sent from my SM-A500F using Tapatalk

Personally I would choose another strain. Sativa are not a plant new growers should attempt indoors , plus there 20 week flower cycles sucks.

I've only ever done one outdoor grow before, and one indoor grow that I aborted because four out of five of the plants turned out to be male (I used the remaining female for cloning). My indoor grow area is an unused shower that I've lined with panda film. As I'm only starting out now properly I don't have much in the way of equipment so I'm just seeing how far I can get with what I have. I did however get a bestva 1000W from @trichomechaser over the weekend, which is quite an upgrade from the CFL monstrosity that I was using for the previous failed grow. I've kept two CFLs for the edges, because... why not? Space inside is not bad (2nd photo has my clones hardening off for a couple of hours atm) Air flow is *very* DIY, three high speed PC fans in a pipe made from coke bottles (lol). Some electronics hobby interest from the past came in useful and I've got two DHT11s monitoring the temperature and humidity in the grow area and my clone box. So I can say that for now my ridiculous fan system is actually keeping the temperature in a reasonable range. I'm pretty sure that by summer it will be a different story but perhaps I'll just grow outside again then. Here are two of the graphs, one showing temperature and one showing humidity. The large fluctuations are when I opened the grow area (red) and clone box (green) and watered/misted. My goal in entering the grow off is to learn from what everyone else is doing. It is going to be incredibly useful to be able to compare what I'm trying vs a bunch of grows started at exactly the same time.

Blah. Our tap water is fine. Not going to even entertain info flexing. You knock yourself out. Growing Cannabis or any other plant is not nearly as finicky or precise as you suggest.

Evening 420's Harvested our funky pheno dubbed ''mango kush'' today. Trichs looked good mostly cloudy with some amber. Left the branch with the pollenated buds on in an effort to let them ripen properly and if I am very lucky she might reveg through winter. The sweet mango aromas are driving us nuts. So this is just to say hi... Still very new to growing my own and learing every day. Hope to learn some more around here. Currently have some Moby Dick and a bunch of randoms going. My reason for growing is to make oil for my wife that was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, so I have never smoked before. I'll give smoking a try once I take down my first own harvest. Cheers!! highjinx

Hi all, I used to sit behind a desk the whole day, sitting behind a desk allowed me to follow my dream and buy a small farm. Now I’m a part-time organic vegetable farmer, full-time father of one. Just about to start growing (on request from a friend) haven’t smoked in 15 years, but will definitely sample my own 😂

Before you get going with your Growoff diary please read the following Rules & Guidelines Create your own topic/thread underneath the Growoff Diaries board. The topic title must be your Username ONLY. For example if your username is John33 your topic must be called John33 and nothing else. Your first diary entry must be please be a shot of your Totemic Chocolope seed pack that you received for the growoff in its container. As proof that you are growing out the correct seeds. You can start your diary and do this before the starting date of the growoff. The seed germination date is the 25th of May but you can choose to start your plant whenever you want to within the competition starting date and closing date. 25 May - 15 October You'll need to grow as many seeds supplied to you as your growing space can cope with. The objective is to choose one female from the seeds you have grown out to continue with till harvest. Only 1 female can be chosen and you cannot switch plants after the selection. You will be married to her till harvest 💍 Log all the plants you grow from seed until you choose your final female which will then become the only plant you will log till harvest. Diaries must be updated at least once every 7 days. Diaries with frequent and extensive updates are most welcome. Exceptions can be made for late diary entries but you'll need to give prior notice that you won't be able to update your diary in time. Each diary entry has to have at least one photo of the plant. Before Harvest For your final update before harvest please take a few shots of your plant alongside a tape measure and see if you can indicate the plants height in a photo with the tape measure. Overall height does not play a large factor in judging but it is nonetheless a factor. Provide as many pics at as many angles as possible before harvest. Looking forward to seeing these diaries. Good luck!

Well its equally criminal to incarcerate someone for eating a mushroom. People are frightened to death of hallucinogens simply because they are frightened of their own minds. This is powerful medicine when used appropriately. Its also certainly not dangerous recreationally either.

Honestly just get the ones from Alibaba, they work perfectly fine. Spending like 18,000 (with shipping and duties) for 500 watts is madness, you can get 1200 (true watts) for around the same price from alibaba. I had 5 320 watt panels, sold one to @master_g and still got 4 for my main tent. You can ask him about the performance of it. The only crappy thing about them is the dimmer unit, its crap. But I'm busy designing a controller for them and will also be writing the firmware, so when is done I'm more than happy to release the schematics or even build one for whoever wants one.

I also see you're gonna be growing in a roof space, would be wise to get a temp meter and leave it there for a few days to get overall max and min temp, max and min humidity. If it goes over 32 during the day it's gonna be very unpleasant to grow in there Sent from my G3312 using Tapatalk

Your spikes are to extreme on both ends (high-low) and if fans go off I'm pretty sure your evening humidity is hitting 80%/90%+. This will be your main cause for powdery mildew, this is how she is born. Once infected her tolerance to conditions are a lot strong, so she becomes a real pain in the beeeehind to get rid of. 3parts lemon juice to 1part water and spray that girl! You'll be dropping the pH of the leave surface to around ph3 +-, this will kill the powdery mildew. It's spores, so removing leafs alone is not helping. Remove the girl and wipe everything in tent and room down with a bleach and water at a 3%bleach to water ratio. Air is your friend and even if you conditions are extreme enough air movement can prevent a lot of nasties [emoji3577] Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk

Looks crazy, and been messing with some tasty strains. This is malawi x kush ( malawi gold OG ) with a trippy magic weed mantis that has been hanging around for free for about 4 weeks. This is in the pipe lately. Put some kush in it.
