Hopefully start outdoor, weather permit and location. But, the C19 , thrown things around so much. Might move again  

Looking into diy leds. But dont want to make mistake and pay too much school fees. Lots to learn and possibly make a mistake or wrong purchase.

Probably better to rather spend on a branded reputable entry level light. ?
