Posting and replying

Just a question. Sometimes when I want to reply to a thread it says that I don't have permission to do it. Then I go to the desktop version and there's no REPLY option. I can like the content but not reply.

 

1 example is the indoor grow off journal of@iGrowDagga. I can't reply to it.

Hi guys,

I also had some funny things happen, it all boiled down to my Internet being slow, and not loading the forums content fully.
Had major glitches and errors, odd thing is, it stayed like this.

If I use my home wifi up until now, the site is buggered.

I have to use android tapatalk app, which is a hit or miss. But its feels to do with my internet....
