We see the issue has been resolved by removing the pot / dimmer. We have been experiencing some issues with the dimmer and got a new batch of dimmers from our supplier which we are now making use of and busy testing.

 

@donnob Drop us a PM and let us know if you'd like some replacement dimmers and we will happily send them through to you.

What he said depends on what effects you're after though. Like for me and the effect I'm after I probably wouldn't wait too long on the amber, I'll harvest if I see mostly white and as little clear as possible but that normally comes with some amber here and there, exactly as @Weskush said

Also, send us some shots of the whole plant and buds. For me trichomes are the last thing I look at. First signals are pistils that have mostly turned brown/orange, there will just be an overall mature look to the plants. I only start to look at trichs when I see that. But then again, some strains could throw you a curve ball...

Hey guys, want to know if anybody here has some advice for me. I have a @Light It Up 240W QB and lately it's been much dimmer than normal with random flicks of brightness every now and then.

Could it be the driver packing up? Maybe the dimmer is not functioning properly? Maybe the diodes?

I have the multimeter attached and the dimmer is on full yet it outputs less than 50% of what it normally did.

Anybody have a clue of where to start looking? After a week or 2 I should have a gap between runs to take the light out and troubleshoot.
