  2. Move done and dusted. President WW3 auto, FastBuds Sour Diesel auto and freebie Amnesia Haze/ Ak77V (hereinafter renamed AHK77V) all soaked and in towels 14/11 WW3 and SD popped and were in soil yesterday 15/11. AHK77V has a tiny taproom showing will plant this afternoon! Also popped the first of my Totemic Dark Ride F1 seeds straight into a seedling starter. More of those in the next few days. Got a sample of biobizz bioheaven and something called Biodyne so put 1ml each into the water when I planted WW3 and SD. Pilot grow going well. New view Lots of good bugs I think Sent from my SM-N960F using Tapatalk

  5. GroHydro in store. They didnt have what I wanted (small root juice) and others in stock so think they felt bad and hooked me up. Seemed like only 2/3 different vials in the bag mine came out of so dont think they will be widely available... Keen to see what it does (not sure I could ever justify paying for it unless its magical) Loved the service I must say. Okes were super helpful! Sent from my SM-N960F using Tapatalk

  12. Hey @CreX I pulled the plug on the tent and got it for R2800. It's a used tent but in good condition. Busy looking at sourcing comments for my led light I'm going to build and then hopefully we'll getting the indoor grow on its way:)

  13. I've done some defoliating on the bottom halves of the plants. The extra space makes watering much easier and the plants are looking pretty neat and tidy. I am pretty much ready to flip I am already looking to beat my last harvest by some and I don't want to over-veg. I'd say I am close to halfway high on one corner of the tent. The supercropped Aurora Indica is looking pretty level at last. Very happy with the management of that particular girl.

  14. 1 Month Update Am rather impressed by how well these have grown over the last month Have transplanted all 3 to larger sized pots last night, so far the Alien Tarantula & OKC are taking the transplant like its nothing only the Slurry that's showing slightly droopy from a bit of shock. @SkunkPharm Thanks again, these are sure to be legendary once finished

  17. yeah man we way past the natural 12 hr light threshold for about 2 months already, im getting sunshine @ like 5:30am already so they all gonna look like cabbage soon hehe - you could let them continue growing, but you'll be cursing when you need to trim so like Baksteen & Stinger mention only solution is setup a dark room ( can be unused cupboard, moerse bucket, even empty top loader) main thing is that the dark cycle is left completely undisturbed (Very important )for atleast 12 hours although personally i kept mine dark for around 14 -16 hours sometimes seeing as they were winter plants & i figured that was more or less the light regimen they were already used to, but take care cause too much dark time can stress some strains to hermie out

  22. I suggest maybe using a separate jar that you won't mix-up with your drinking booch and keep it away from your drinking booch, because kombucha is an open fermentation, cross contamination between the various microbes can and do happen. I've had ginger beer cross contaminate with kombucha and it grew a white scoby on top of the ginger beer. You might want to start cultivating a scoby on molasses substrate to get the Lactobacilli to become the dominant bacteria in the booch. Once you have a strong and active culture that reacts quickly to newly added feed, this can then be your mother culture for further ferments. If you understand the foundational basis for cultures and ferments like LAB, EM and FPE, you will understand that the main aim of these "products" are to utilize the benefits of Lactobacillus. Lactobacillus is an aerotolerant anaerobe, meaning that it is usually cultivated anaerobically to produce LAB, EM and FPE for example. The unique thing about kombucha, is that unlike LAB, EM and FPE, you do not need an anaerobic fermentation to multiply and grow the lactobacilli. Many kombucha brewers do not know this, but you can ferment plant material with kombucha and it should be much richer in nutrients and with more beneficial microbes than any FPE. If you have the mother kombucha culture that has been cultivated on molasses substrate and you use 25% of this as starter tea, make a fresh batch of sweet tea using molasses and green/black tea, you then add your plant material of choice. Lucerne, barley, fruit peels, whatever plant material you would like to ferment and extract. Work hygienically. You do not need to introduce any unknown microbes from the plant matter itself. Same principle as FPE, but instead of just covering the plant matter with only molasses and doing a ferment with wild yeast and bacteria, you are going to use specifically cultivated bacteria in a much richer and denser substrate. Should be a quicker, more active and more complete ferment with better extraction and higher levels that any FPE could hope to achieve on it's own.

  23. The one plant getting to tall... unwise to put it outside? After spending it’s entire life indoors so far. Rather just top it?

  24. Awesome @Mr_Nice_Guy stoked to see that the cutting made it to you, big up to @1000Hills Nursery for sending on the love. We spoke a while back and decided it best just to call the cut "Dank Cheese" as im not 100% clear on its origins. It does smell and smoke very much London, but Exo has quite a following here in SA and i dont want to claim i have THE Exodus cut. Enjoy it my bru, thanks a lot for posting, peace and buds

  25. Yeah, I guess that's the bottom line of what I'm trying to say. People should be more aware and take care as to what goes into their brews and ferments. If you are going to be cultivating life, you should probably get to know those life forms and their role and function in the soil food web, because that is the foundation of what living organic soil is all about.

  27. @Prom Great! Ya it looks amazing, thanks for confirming. I like to smoke in the daytime mostly (keep me focused! haha), so I prefer a more energetic vibe. Then sometimes for restless nights, I may keep smaller reserve of a more indica dominant strain, late harvest. So far the AK x Critical Mass from Canuk has been really tasty, a little cerebral in the beginning, with a relaxing vibe soon after. A little chocolate on the palate, which I love. Anyway I could talk about this all day! Haha.... Thanks man, and well done on this grow! Always good to learn!

  29. whats up @PeeWee! i just read your thread and i must note some things. i see peeps saying they are worried about your plant... i for one am also worried. your new leaves look fine... but you need to pay attention to your lower leaves. your lower leaves look like they have a magnesium deficiency, and in some of your newer pics it looks like your tips are burning. how are you dealing with advice? if you read the word deficiency, do you feed it more of your plant food? currently in the last pics, the leaves looked better, but they were just the top leaves again. how often do you feed her? my advice is as follows. buy a box of epsom salts from the store, and follow the directions on the box for lawns... its tough to over do epsom salts, so dont stress too much... and then also, maybe skip a feed or 2... those burnt tips tell me you have over done it on the nutes. and then as for your burning question... your plant is just too young to tell sex... if you really wanna know, you can flip the plant to 1212 for 3-4 days... you wont be able to tell by then yet either... but after the 4 days, put them back in veg and they should show sex within a day or 2 from there. get those deficiencies and toxicitys sorted though! healthy dose of magnesuim sulphate(epsom salts) and hold back on the food for a bit and when you feed again, half the dose and take it from there
