  3. Just started a new 80x80 tent with a 240W quantum board from PhoenixSky: Planted 2 fem Amnesia Haze from Nirvana straight into FF Premium prepped with Seagro and mycorrhizae, sprouted in 3 days: Cheap drip system bought at Builders, which I removed the plastic pressure regulator. I drive this with a 5L pressure sprayer, plug and play(the pipe fits into the spray handle where the chrome pipe goes in and locks with a nut), it has a trigger lock, so you can lock, pump it and leave it. Works very well Happy growing!

  5. I made a quick pic of the canape. You also see the 150mm hose going to the pot level.. 6 inch inliner for a 1.2x0.6x1.8 a bit over sized, but with this amount of plants in.. i highly recommend to go a bit nuts. The front right plant topped herself. Autos do that from time to time, had severals now. She will take the longest to finish. Same to the big one on the left, will be second last. The smallest, back row, second from left, is about 3 days ahead, just from the conditions of the flowers. I think i am not bad with 11 weeks. Will be around that time, the topped, more close to 12. I will take them 50%, they smell so nice now.

  6. Aweh. Winter is a problem for outdoor growers. Either you grow indoors or you can plant auto's. Otherwise go big in summer. Now is the time for outdoor growers to be prepping soil for summer. This is the wrong time of the year to be planting photoperiod plants. You can plant autoflowering strains that may yield better in winter. (I've harvested 30-40gr dry off auto's this winter) Photoperiods will grow but remain small till they reach sexual maturity and due to the short days will start flowering very quickly- yield will be small.(like the pics) Depending on where you grow ambient winter temps will also affect the growth of the plants. They don't like very cold temps, but can survive. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

  7. What up 420 fam. I'm nearing the end of my grow and wondering what y'all are doing in the final week before harvest. I have never done anything fancy before apart from a flush, but thinking of doing a 48 hour dark period with no water this time. Apparently this stresses the plant into a final push. What do you do and why?

  8. Hi there! So the best, seeing that you have a greenhouse would be to plant late August, to mid September... But depending on how tall the GH is, they might get too big for the space. You will need to be on top of your game though... Big trees are no small feat to get to harvest and smoke!! Like @Bospatrollie2 said, nows the time to prep your soil and get ready for the coming season! Or grow indoor lol... Which is a costly exercise TBH. What are you planning on using for nutrients?

  9. Yep, did a little write-up of my new tent I started over in the indoor section. I have another 80x80 with some random bag seed chronic and a California Lightworks 250, but I started it out with a 300W CFL and they are super lanky and the plant at the back is still stretching in week 5 of flower: I planted 10 randoms and had 3 males and 2 hermies, one sickly one that I culled.

  10. Going to try and do a better Grow Diary this time and thanks for you guys help with previous one 2 X 150 liter totes, lined with 2cm LECA on the bottom and side, old trampoline side netting to separate the soil from the LECA to maybe help with the some root pruning [emoji2369]. Soil - Freedom Farms Custom Craft Soil from previous grow, amendments added - FF Probiotics, ground Barley, FF Fish Hydrolysate, Kelp Powder, soil was tilled a little and a 10cm layer of new soil was added on top. Waited a week so soil can settle and do their thing. Plants- 6 OKC clones in one tote, then I wanted 2 weeks and put 1 GSC and 1 Saffhire OG in the other tote. Gave them a Moong Bean Tea and some Living Soil Medium Organo Mineral Fertilizer, when needed ph 5,7 water Lights - QB 740w from@growopz HOPE YOU ENJOY THE GROW WITH ME [emoji322] Sent from my F5321 using Tapatalk

  11. The 17 th of March I Germinated 8 babbakush , 2 stinkypies , 2 lr+b , 2 fluff cheeses , 2 strawberrie kush The progress has been good..I stated growing around September 2019 so im very new to the game... The seeds i got from a grower/breeder who names himself "Budbally" and everything I learnd was from him and the internet... I got a greenhouse were I leave my babies (other than that everything Im using is low buget and free , I know I wont produce good bud with just Normal soil what can I add to my soil to enhance my plants with out breaking the bank. I am hard working and my Family and I are all stoners so I want to start producing bud to supply the family all year around.. but with my grow skills I have only produced bud that Looks, smell and taste horrible and it does not even make us High... I had a dream that I would plant 50 babbies in my greenhouse September but what is the point if Im just going to produce lower grade than "parkie grass".

  17. Can also quickly state the record holder.. friend of mine down the road. Bubblelicious from Nirvana Seeds, reached 98cm soil to top and gave 127g dry. Is also the only dutch strain i would say, can compete with the US genetics.. rest i would take from US breeders... blackberry, gsc, ... go US. Not sure what they did.. but is just not the same quality anymore.

  26. DWC Update | Week 4 Going to try and stick to Monday updates. Things have really started to take off! Super impressed with my 320W Quantum Bar setup! The internodal spacing is extremely good!! Plants are absolutely loving life. I have increased Nutrient Solution from 0,5 EC to 1,2 EC pH 6,3 Nutrients will stay at this strength until i flip to flower. Other than that they will all get "topped" either tmrow or the day after.

  27. Greetings 420 fam So as promised, here it is. For anyone that's growing and hand-watering their plants, this is for you guys. This is a simple project that I've completed in minimal time while sitting at home trying to make life easier, lol. For those who want one, but don't have the resources or time to make their own, I am willing to make the kits by order (excluding the container) and make them available for purchase in the classifieds section - which is why I've decided to exclude the pricing list. They will be cheap though, no worries. I hope you guys understand, just trying to make some extra moola during this lockdown. Anyway, enough of that. Let's get into it[emoji41] What you will need: - 5mm PVC tubing (I got 3m to be safe but it can be done with a shorter length of tubing) - An adequately durable and sharp scissor - 5 x 5mm screw/barb adapters - 1 x 5mm micro tee - 1 x 5mm micro choke - 2 x 5mm regular adapters - 1 x 10L plastic container w/tap - Hot glue gun (we gonna use a really small amount of glue) - at least 2 x small cable tie straps Now that we've got that out of the way, here's the build. Creating The Main Ring - At the base of your tree, use an end of the PVC tubing and hold it in a loop around the main stem, creating a circle of the diameter you would like. Use the scissor to cut the desired length of tubing. - Insert the micro tee into an end of the tubing and close the loop Making it into a Drip Ring - Cut out/poke 5 holes spaced out well on 1 side of the tubing that are slightly smaller than the diameter of the screw/barb. - Shorten the screw side of the screw/barb adapter so that it doesn't damage the opposite inner wall of the tubing once it's screwed in securely. - Use the screw side of the adapter and try to push it into the gap you've created while you rotate the adapter to catch thread. Screw the adapter in until the plastic base is flush with the tubing. Do this for all the holes you created. The plumbing - Cut a length of tubing a bit longer than the distance from the center of where your pot will be to the corner of your tent. - Connect one end of the tubing to the choke valve and the other end to the micro tee on the drip ring you've just created. - Cut a length of tubing long enough to reach where you're going to place your container/res. - Attach one end f this tube to the free end of the choke valve. The installation - Use one of the cable tie's to secure the tubing to the grow tent pipe slightly higher than the level of the drip ring on the soil. - Strap another cable tie just above that, securing the choke valve and holding the tubing much more securely. - Open one end of the drip ring and place it around the base of your plant than reconnect the tubing. You can face the drippers upwards or into the soil, I went with upwards so i can notice any flow issues. We're almost there! Just a few things left. The Res I know this isn't a traditional res in growing terms, but its function is definitive. - Cut one side of the regular adapters off at the base as shown below. - Place the modified adapter at the outlet of the tap as shown and hot glue it into place effectively, not leaving any gaps. This is so that your precious nutes don't drip all over the floor once you open the tap. *Be careful not to cover the barb of the adapter that's sticking out with glue or else you will have trouble with the next step* - Cut off a short length from the free end of the PVC tubing and attach a regular adapter to one end, then attach this piece to the adapter sticking out of the tap. - Mix your nutes, fill the res (please make sure the tap is closed, lol) and place it somewhere higher than the choke valve. - Attach the free end of the PVC tubing to the adapter pipe on the res (this is the pipe and point at which you will connect and disconnect when using and storing the system to prevent breaking the tap adapter). *The higher you have the res, the more force the water will flow with* Adjust your flow - Open the choke valve the so that it barely lets anything through, then open the tap on your res (open the res tap slowly to prevent anything blowing out due to the sudden change in pressure) *Check For Leaks At This Step* - Adjust the choke until the nutrient mix has a slow, steady flow out of all the nozzles. This is subjective though so set it however suits you the best. Just like that... Boom, your very own semi-automatic watering system. The only issue with this prototype design is that the res doesn't completely empty due to its shape (a major part of the reason I'm leaving it out of the kit), but there are ways to solve this. I plan to make a commercial version available once I find a decent shaped res with a siphon pipe to ease flow and empty the res. I'm also in the process of designing another (pressurized) system so the res can be kept on the floor along with some other improvements. Send me a private message for any questions or orders.

I just bought dessicated coconut powder at a spice shop and sprinkled some in the mix.Coconut flesh contains the following trace elements:Calcium (2%)Iron (25%)Magnesium (13%)Phosphorus (14%)Potassium (5%)Sodium (1%)Zinc (6%) Coconut water from fresh green coconuts contains the following trace elements:Calcium (2%)Iron (2%)Magnesium (7%)Phosphorus (3%)Potassium (5%)Zinc (1%) They both have cytokinin and zeatin plant hormones.

  30. @CreX I really want to go for the Flora grow serries Liquid nutes sound like a very fun way of doing it( but i also know i can easily burn my plants)...and if I cannot afford nutes I will try and go for a cheap slow release furt with a 2;2;2 NPK. But I live on a farm so I want to use my chicken minour and pig minour to make a compostheap but im not sure if it will work as a replacement for Nutes.

  32. @afternoon blazer Hey bro, Here are some pics of her. I have a fourth photo active plant in the tent as well but I'll be removing her. Way too much for my 75watt light. I was only going to do 2 autos but the second seed wasn't germinating then I did another (a third) and 2 days later, both seeds had a little tap root poking out so I planted them both and added that with the Sour Diesel Auto that started about 3 weeks before the others. The Gelato Samba is the younger one on the right. Cocopopo to the left

  33. That thing is a bit wonky. I have it set in degrees Celsius but it still gives me these crazy readings. One minute I've got 99% humidity, the next it drops to 10% then jumps back up to 90% and the temperature does the same. I'm going to give this method of feeding/watering a try and will defs lower the concentration of nutes to water
