  1. I would get my money back as fast as possible.

  2. @Dank Firstly I just have to say, dude you are an inspiration. Your attitude towards all growers big and small is all the same. You always liking people's posts. Hope you reap the rewards for all the kindness you put out there... That specific pheno of Pineapple skunk tastes like Liqui Fruit Litchi flava. She's loud in flower and stinks up the place. She's got a decent high and top bag appeal. Unfortunately she's a bad yielder indoors due to her wide leaves, bad penetration . The electric watermelon male used on her has thin leaves and all his sisters are good yielders. This cross is totally random with no real direction except for making some beans with 2 very fruity parents. The other phenos of pineapple skunk were also decent so I ended popping another pack of it. I found a male this time but I don't think I will be keeping him. I've got rooted copies of all of them but only have my eye on 3 of the boyz for now and eventually just keep one for the winter breeding. Hopefully it's the strawberry diesel dominant male just not sure atm which one that's probably gonna be. The wide leave or hybrid leaves . Have to see what the gals in flower show. Either way we just gonna wing it. If you want a male from any of these strains to hit something there Dank style let me know I haven't culled the clones as yet. The Krypt male (chemdawg) has good structure and lineage. If I had the space I would love to make Krypt f2s to add to the seed collection for a future hunt. You know someting ol skool. Besides you the only person I know who knows real ol skool that's willing to share the knowledge. If we allowed to travel between provinces level 3 I'm hitting a drive to you with my dome and some clonex to come get that cut I need from you. We do it for the passion and it will be well worth the drive to me. Looking forward to meeting up with my brother who's there south of the berg @420sake now with the level 3 coming. He has been having all the fun by himself there on Trinity farm. Tons of flavas coming down. Can't wait to go skydiving out there...

  3. So I decided to give her the chop. 2 weeks earlier than I'd have liked, but she was just klaar. The snail damage did a number and most branches started drying up. Plus our first proper cold front is rolling in tonight. I lost 4 long colas to catapillars that ate the colas from the inside out. Never the less, I'm happy. The haze vibe is there, buds are fluffier than I'd like, but she still managed to stack quite ok, despite a mid flower transplant. Bubbleberries mass of pistils has carried through, and going to dry with a rooibaard vibe.

  4. @adre I deleted your other thread as it was asking the same question you asked here and you've already received some feedback in this thread. Rather stick to one thread for questions pertaining to the same subject If you want for clones and veg, ACDC have an LED light which @CreX is quite found of and has had good results. If you want something which would work well for flowering too, perhaps speak to @Master_G for an LED option. I personally wouldn't spend money on a small HPS.

  5. Woah!! These pics are almost unrecognizable compared to now. The super tall colas are all Aurora Kush... Seems to be a stretchy biatch... But stacks well so let's ride it out.

  6. If possible, I would say let them sleep inside from now on. Only put them out if it is nice and sunny.. The cold stunted my two plants badly because I could not move them inside at night and now with this cold front the little ones that can be moved fare far better.

  7. Decided to LST the Choco NL. Going to have to move them inside under a light. It is getting cold fast and light hours are changing rapidly. Anyone have an extra light they wanting to through away? Or sponsor or lend?

  8. If you really want to do a side by side comparison, purchase one of each type of QB (a plain 3000k and a 3000k with 660nm diodes), take a cutting of a plant and stick a cutting into each tent (one tent with one type of QB and the other tent with the QB with extra 660nm). Set the power to the same and hook both plants up to the same res with an auto watering system and then compare at the end of the grow and see for yourself how much of a difference, if any, is noticed. I have not done this test myself, however I am quite certain the difference will be minimal to none. I could be wrong though, as mentioned. I have some QB's with extra 660nm Samsung diodes and then I have some without the 660nm diodes. I doubt I would purchase QB's with the diodes again unless the price difference is practically non-existent or there are stock issues. If it gives you peace of mind though, then go for it. I do not recommend you pay significantly more for QB's with 660nm diodes though. These are the red dioes on my QB's: https://www.samsung.com/led/lighting/high-power-leds/3535-leds/lh351h-deep-red/

  9. I read about a guy online who did the comparisson test between the 2 QBs, with red & without. Apparently there was no noticeable difference between the 2 plants grown in the same conditions. Don't have the link, sorry. I've been shopping around for QBs and the best I can find so far is R16k for a 600W LED QB with LM301h 3500k diodes + 660nm red from epistar. Still feels overpriced but is that the going rate these days, more or less?

  10. You still need a ballast and reflector for that bulb. It wont work on it's own. Starting out a new indoor grower, a 600w system is going to cost a lot of electricity while going through the learning curve... Youd be looking at something this as a start if you really want to go in at 600w https://www.futurama.co.za/wing-reflector-grow-light-combo-600w/

  11. So my Aurora Kush has also stretched a bit but the cola's are pretty big and stacking VERY nicely actually. I am worried it may take a bit of time to fully mature, will wait and see I guess. She was not looking very pleasing a few weeks ago but has caught up now with size and looks super impressive. Frost is lacking a bit, more along the lines of your normal run of the mill strains but shall see what the potency is like once dried and cured

  13. If you guys are wanting QB's at the moment, drop @Master_G as he seems to be making some nice QB's and price seems reasonable. @CreX curious to see how well that light works for flower...

  14. The Hydroponic shop has some lights. You can also get from Amazon, delivery typically takes 2 weeks. https://hydroponic.co.za/hydroponic/plant-lighting/ Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk

  15. For clones and early veg you could put together a 150w MH light. https://www.acdc.co.za/products/150w-ballast-for-hps-mh-lamp-230v?variant=39944165644 https://www.acdc.co.za/products/35-400w-ignitor-for-hps-mh-lamp-3-wire-1?variant=30469680972 https://www.acdc.co.za/products/hqi-ts-metal-halide-lamp-150w-rx7s?variant=30481831116 Will be about R800 To grow them out as in flower them...you gonna need 400w minimum

  25. And then onto the stretch! Neatened her undercarriage completely. Compare to original stems from transplant day. Tallest Cola seems to be topping out at 1.8m from the floor and the rest are averaging between 1.6and 1.7

  26. And here's through the trellis. This was very near flip date. I lowered the lights down to the lowest areas of the canopy for a boost for a few days, and then raised them to this level.

  27. And this is where I will pick up where I left off! Since the last update, my flower area is harvested and restacked, my veg area is barren and I have a few small ladies in the cloning station getting ready for transplant. I managed to find some homes for some of the plants, and one of the 4 Aurora Kush babies has found a home in @PsyCLown tent. The remaining 3 are in the flowering tent now and have been pulling out some magic. I have gone with large 160l totes for buckets and one has soil and the other has coco. So far, they are about the same... Coco dries out faster. Here's a few pics of everything in the tent now. The Aurora Kush ladies are in the front, and I'll introduce the others gradually. I put them into the flower tent and let them settle nicely into their new homes by keeping them in veg for some time... I think 4 weeks more, or 3....cant remember... But the growth was much. Iv upped the wattage on the lights to about 75% which puts me around 370w. Id like to add an extra light panel or 2 for better coverage. But it's okay for now So here are pics from the transplant... The scrog... The trellis, and the start of flowering.

  28. Yumbold and White Fire 43 are both recommended for insomniacs. I have those issues from time to time too.
