  1. Day 8 Flowering - Week 2 The Chocolopes have been very well behaved and creating a beautiful canopy under the hps, I can't really say the same for the BlueberryKush's, they have been stretching and making their massive leaves to try and catch as much light as they can. I managed to snap a few branches of the BlueberryKush while training them this week, usually the worst time to train is when lights go on and when you have not watered in a while. Best time to train is after a watering in my opinion, but in this case the 2 snapped branches helped me tame the girls a little bit. They are trying to show off to the Choco's I think. Here are a few update pics, I will try take more closeup shots when I get some pompoms going. Sorry about the quality of the pictures, working on it. Peace and love stay green yall! Topview of the garden. The great divide, BlueberryK to the top, Chocos to the bottom. BlueberryKush's being bit overkill on those fan leaves, happy plants though.

  4. I'd say wait a bit longer. My one Chocolope seed took a good 4 or so days longer to sprout than the rest of the seeds. So far I have only had 1 seed not germinate, I did not see any cracks etc. and kept it for pretty long before giving up on it. Eventually I had to toss it.

  5. Aloe sap and cinnamon powder work well as rooting hormone... 4 X hot chillies, 4 X garlic cloves ( chop chop ) boil/steep for an hour or 2 on stove med heat. Strain off solids and store in fridge.. Take a big pinch of tobacco ( boxer ) add to 2lt water and steep over night, strain off tobacco. add 10-20ml chilli mix, 1 tbs cooking oil, 1 tbs dish soap to the 2lt tobacco water and you have a decent pest spray for the outdoor girls... Apple cider and hydrogen peroxide work well for powdery mildew...

  6. Doubt whether the N levels would be a problem for cannabis. Check out ''the trinity'' corn,beans,squash- actually a clever idea in theory. Might try something similar. Usually crops are rotated anually or bi-anually for this reason. Otherwise the fields/soil needs to lay fallow in order to recover or you risk depleting the soil completely. Think the only issue would be the beans entangled in your buds[emoji3] Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

Okay, so what I'm attempting here will require everyone to get involved. I would like this tread to be for us to share any new tricks we learned in the garden that could help the rest improve or make things simpler. Also any experimenting with something new? Learned a new trick that can save you money? Share it here, let us all see what you up to. I hope this works and becomes a thread full of useful garden hacks.

  8. Hey guys, tried germinating my gorilla glue photo period I got from biltong and budz, germinate alongside a psychedelic, which showed the Tap root in less than 24 hours after the soak, already popped her in some soil, but the gorilla glue isn't showing a Tap root yet at all, 48 hour in cotton later, it did crack, quite significantly, but nothing else. Quite disappointing as I was mostly looking forward to growing that strain. Anything I can do? Should I wait a bit more and hope it bounces back, or just give up on her?

  9. But why is it mostly the bottom leaves then, not the top leaves which are newer and closer to the light?

  11. Yes, Amazon (brand: Aiho) from what I can tell it's the same as a model sold here under a different brand name (Hysure), but R1k more expensive. However, Aramex and TNT are to be avoided at all costs. I'm not sure whether customs will release it at all at this point. No reply from the person handling the case at Aramex.

  15. Fermented Plant Juices yes. Look into Korean Natural Farming, a lot of home organic growers are heading in that direction. It basically relieves you of any need to buy commercial bottled nutes and inoculants. Everything can me be made with what you have at home or from the supermarket. That comes down to getting your amendment ratios right in your soil. Couple that with a soil that has cooked well and the plants will use what they need when they need to. That being said, I start my clones/seeds off in a very simple mix - 1 part EWC, 1 part peat moss and 1 part perlite (I dont even feed this mix) and this mix hosts them comfortably till 1 week prior to flipping, when I'll transplant them into their final pots with the super soil.

  18. Nice bru! Okay so I took another look at your setup... You have a few things to do... First will be to either raise all the plants up individually to the net... Or lower the net down over the plants. Personally I would do a bit of both... Some plants can go a bit higher to match the others. Next would be to have about 15cm of plant above the net... You can go even more... But let's start smallish... Then once the net is secure and plants are in the holes... Weave the tops of the plants under the net so that the net holds them... Don't worry, in a few hours all the tops will be pointing toward the light again. At that stage you are all set... Now the work is little... Every few days you just bend the stems under the net again and keep the canopy flat... Once your net is full, then you can flip to flower and reap the buds bro Edit - after the bending... I would lower your light to as close as you can go, making sure you don't lower it too much so the stems on the outskirts don't get light

  20. So my clones finally took root, was giving me sleepless nights. Tried it in just water (white tub) no luck, best method for me is rooting powder in rockwool and spray them with water few times per day. These girls are almost at 4 weeks into flowering... They are taller then me! lol Example of "normal" dead leaves... guess due to low light. Not bad bud production above the light. That's all folks, time for a chocolate coffee and a fat joint... Maybe ill pull the dead leaves.... maaaybe.

  21. Stick a cutting in a bag with a bit of tap water and give it some time on the outskirts of your grow lights.

  23. Seem to have bad luck with these Euforia autos, anyway I'll see what they turn out like. Experimenting with germinating two more of them in the same pot. I heard about the competition being beneficial for autos, worth a try, I have loads of those seeds. Straight into FF soil this time, so also testing this "too rich for germination" thing. If anyone wants to let me know how much longer I should let the AK48 (rear-right) go, feel free. Short Rider (rear left) looks like it'll be a while longer.

  24. Whats up dude, girls are looking good. Have you got some Guanoflo? You buy it at Stodels or Starkes. When your girls are old enough to receive the nutes get yourself some of that and go in very light. Around 0.5ml/L to start off, I've found good results with dipping this feed in during veg Sent from my G3312 using Tapatalk

  25. Btw, for those looking to avoid my missteps, from what I can gather online, this is what a plant looks like when you overwater and overheat a younger plant. A sort of blistered leaf appearance. They also feel a little plasticky.

  26. Did my first nutrient feed last week, toned it down since then by half. 0.5ml Micro / 1ml Bloom per 1.875L (half gallon)
