Can't remember what it was called, but saw it at Bright's Hardware while looking for an on/off timer

Following closely as I'm new to this.

Seeing we are having cold weather at the moment. Today at a hardware store while looking for a light timer I came across another type of on/off switch that turns on/off when the temperature goes above or below a preset temperature
