So the mother plant is the original donor plant, right? so im a bit confused, how can people keep a mother plant for years (Unless its a new mother plant made from the clones) if cannabis plants are annuals? unless Im completely misinderstanding, lol

Awesome, thanks guys! Just out of curiosity, Will sphagnum peat moss also be alright for cloning? its what I used for my carnivorous plants and a tree branch one time.

I'm curious, does cloning a plant basically mean that, in theory, if you have a feminized plant that you can clone it to get more than one plant without the need ever for a male? Wouldn't this make the new plant weaker over time? Forgive my ill knowledge, that's why I'm asking, so thanks for any help

So, I'm kinda new to this stuff and just want to learn from the pros. I'm experienced in breeding and growing various types of carnivorous plants and really like cannabis plants too (for multiple reasons) But with all the stigma, I'm curious and hope to learn on this here forum. I'm quite open and for the 420 community.
