If you've got to the point you need to  spray your flowers, you've fucked up and organic or not, your product is compromised. I hope South Africans learns from the rec states and start realising how dangerous policy reform can be. I mean how many people here would upset if they had been using and consuming a "non-organic" chemical that causes cell wall degradation? How can we expect to get regulation right when the majority of the population agree corruption is prevalent among South African society. Too many Lennon fans, not enough Lenin fans.
